AI-Driven
Shariah-Compliant Investing

Our investment process is AI-driven, disciplined, and Shariah-compliant. By embedding artificial intelligence across the entire investment lifecycle, we aim to deliver rigor, consistency, and innovation in portfolio construction and risk management.

Scalable Data Collection

We make use of vast quantities of structured and unstructured data—from financial statements and earnings calls to macroeconomic indicators and more. Our systems clean, align, and standardize this data to create a robust input layer.

AI Training and Prediction

We use interpretable deep learning models to uncover patterns in historical data and forecast future outcomes. By capturing complex, nonlinear dynamics that traditional models often miss, our models generate predictive signals across multiple time horizons.

Built on long-term signals

Our focus is on persistent signals, not short-term noise. We prioritize durability, stability, and predictive power to build forward-looking views consistent with long-term investing.

Risk-Aware Portfolios

Signals are translated into real-world portfolios using a rules-based engine. Risk targets, sector exposure limits, and diversification constraints are embedded in the process from the start, ensuring liquidity and scalability.

Shariah Compliance, Every Step of the Way

Shariah compliance is embedded throughout every stage of our investment process, guiding decisions from start to finish.

Investable Universe
We focus on stocks that meet strict Shariah-compliance standards. Our process excludes entire industries prohibited under Shariah law, such as conventional finance (banks, insurance), alcohol, gambling, tobacco, pork-related products, and entertainment sectors tied to obscenity or speculation. In addition, we avoid bonds, derivatives, and all interest-based instruments. By filtering at both the industry and security level, we ensure that every company in our investable universe aligns with our principles before entering the portfolio construction process.
Al Predictive Models
Investment decisions must be transparent and therefore cannot rely on opaque, black-box models. This ensures the process is driven by informed analysis rather than gambling or blind investing, with assets selected based on a clear, fundamental understanding.
Risk Management
We avoid conventional risk management techniques that conflict with Shariah principles, such as shorting and bonds. Instead, we rely on data-driven diversification mechanisms.
Optimization Models
Our portfolio construction process integrates Shariah principles directly into the optimization stage. Rather than applying screens at the end, we embed these constraints within the core models themselves, ensuring that every portfolio we build is both efficient and fully Shariah-compliant.
Continuous Portfolio Monitoring
Continuous and automated monitoring is necessary to ensure compliance at all times and corrective action can be taken quickly when needed.
Corrective Action triggered when necessary
Whenever a compliance breach occurs, corrective actions will be taken, these include divestment and or purification.

Shariah Board Oversight

We are not Shariah scholars ourselves. Hence, we rely on educated and expert scholars for final review of compliance. We use a third party to ensure transparency, accountability and build trust.

Shariah Board will be announced soon.
